Terms & Conditions
1. Registrations are to be completed online by filling out the form Chhapaak's Google form link - https://forms.gle/fpYUgFc7eY6R6jkF6
2. Reporting time is 3:30 PM.
3. Mobile phones and reference prints are not allowed during the contest.
4. All art materials must be carried by participants.
5. Plain Cartridge sheet (Size A3 - Approx. 11x17 inches).
6. The organizing committee (Chhapaak) will have full rights over the artwork.
7. The decision of the judge will be final.
8. Prizes will be distributed on the same day at 7:30 PM.
9. The club is not responsible if the award winners do not come in time to collect their prizes.
